Deliveries are mostley sent by Swedish post office, by letter or package.

Damage to the package

If you discover damage to the package, you should immediately notify the post office or other carrier and make a claim. If you do not discover the damage until you opened the package, and the injury is of a nature that has been caused by the handeling of the carrier, you should contact them and make a claim. If the dispute by mail or carrier can not be resolved, please contact us


It is okay to cancel at no cost (if payment is already made the cost for the bank transfer will be deducted for repaying money) if we had not had time to send your order.

Return policy

From the day you received your goods from you have the full right of return/exchange for 14 days (except for special ordered models). Goods returned / exchanged must be unopened in original packaging. Before returning anything you must contact, state order number and the returning goods concerned. Return shipment is payed by the customer. In order for us to accept a returned product it must be wrapped well to prevent it from becoming damaged. If the returned goods comes back damaged to us, we can not credit your purchase. Therefore be very careful so that you pack your shipment right. We will not accept any charges for packages returned to us.
